Try it! This is a unique Coach app to support your commitment towards running.

Get your personal coach for your running! This is the first app that support you to keep your running speed.

Set your target speed, the minimum speed that you like to keep and the Coach gives you a signal if you slow down. Of course you could have a little break, but to keep your focus on running the app will register your long rests, which is indicated with a unique solution, turning your screen dirty. Keep your speed! Improve your endurance! Take care of clear screen of your app!

Beside the speed meter, tracking on map and weather forecaset you will receive two unique facilities:

:-) SET YOUR EXPECTED MINIMUM SPEED AND START THE TIMER! The app will alarm to indicate that your speed is less then you have set. Its time to speed up. However, if you cannot speed up the screen will turn to grungy. The more time your speed is less the the minimum speed (that you have set in advance) the more grungy your screen.

:-) Your running path will be tracked on map and after finishing your training you can check where your speed was less then the minimum speed and where you could reach your expectation.

Requirements:

- Internet connection,
- Endurance.

Coaching:

- You get alarm if your speed is below the minimum speed for 15 seconds at the first time (it is only form warning, there is no default).
- Second alarm comes after 30 seconds if you can not increase your speed above the minimum one and it is the first default. You get 15 sec extra time to start again the next 30 second period.
- Third alarm is after the 15 second recovery time but no default.
- Fourth alarm is after 30 seconds at the time of the second default.
- The last two cycle will be repeated until you reach 6 default.

:-) Each time period will be interrupted if your speed is increased above the minimum one.
:-) Do not forget increase the volume of your device to hear warnings during running!

The basic app counts up-to 6 defaults and the screen is getting grungy if according to the time schedule described above (each time when you get default). However, you can purchase cleaning function and also no-ad version together, in the app. The pro version let you to start the entire coaching program from the beginning with clear screen. The pro version also displays permanently a "clean screen" button, which starts everything from the beginning.
